IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Remote IT support for global offices with on-site London visits
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations: hardware, software, network
• Document software/tools and train users
• Manage employee lifecycle processes and IT policies
• Enforce ISO27001 or other security standards
• Handle licenses, hardware inventory, vendor relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a similar IT role
• Strong communication across org levels
• Hardware/software troubleshooting skills
• OS knowledge: Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, IoT
• Experience with MDM/MAM (Intune, Google MDM)
• Basic coding/scripting skills
