Vice President of Legal

📋 Description

• Lead contracts strategy with Sales, RevOps, CS, and Finance to align terms with revenue goals
• Oversee contracts ops and contracts attorney with 1–2 business day turnaround target
• Establish and lead enterprise compliance program including insurance oversight and risk reporting
• Partner with Information Security to meet security standards in contracts, vendor relations, and
• Direct legal strategy for M&A, divestitures, and strategic transactions with PE sponsors and
• Advise on regulatory, contractual risk and cross-border compliance; lead AI governance and

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor with active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction
• Minimum 12 years of relevant legal experience, including significant in-house at a tech or SaaS
• Proven track record building efficient in-house legal ops and high-throughput contracting
• Experience leading M&A, diligence, and integration in PE-backed environments
• Experience advising executive leadership, boards, and sponsors; proficient in technology-enabled
• Strong knowledge of international entity structuring, cross-border compliance, data privacy, and
