Color Design Associate

📋 Description

• Assist Design Managers in seasonal color palette creation and develop patterns.
• Execute through to bulk fabrications and ensure color/pattern consistency.
• Build physical and digital color and pattern palettes from seasonal concept boards.
• Develop the Product Playbook and visual communication assets.
• Assist in coloring the line with CAD pages and maintain line sheets.
• Own loading dip and artwork requests with correct fabrication and print specs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in color design, color analyst, textile, concept, or similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or related design field.
• Elevated eye for color and pattern with brand trend awareness.
• Desire to work on entrepreneurial, collaborative, diverse team focused on sustainability.

🎁 Benefits

• LA-based, hybrid in-studio schedule (3 days in office per week).
• Compensation range disclosed for LA area: $20.50-$32.00 per hour.
