• Maintain apartments and respond to service requests daily

• Turn apartments for new move-ins and handle routine repairs
• Help training and guide other technicians when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years maintenance experience
• Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Flexible schedule; evenings/weekends/on-call as needed
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergencies
• English literacy; strong problem-solving and teamwork
