📋 Description

• On-site role at our HQ warehouse in Chicago.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments, inventory, and logistics across 20+ cities.
• Ensure world-class post-sales experience for merchants.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–3 years in warehouse/operations (fulfillment, picking, packing, cycle counting).
• Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Familiarity with Google interface and inventory systems.
• Strong organizational/project management and time prioritization.
• Clear communication with stakeholders; learn POS hardware/software.
