• Turn experimental and observational driving analyses into evals and insights for rapid engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing a team of 5+ ICs
• Proven track record building high-performing teams
• Strong foundation in data science with causal inference (experimental or observational)
• Experience turning stakeholder needs into team priorities
• Experience setting technical direction and reviewing designs
• Ability to plan roadmaps and manage expectations with demanding customers
