Associate Scientist, R&D - Biological Sciences

📋 Description

• Plan and execute laboratory experiments in biology/chemistry disciplines.
• Document results and communicate findings via reports and presentations.
• Support new product development, tech transfer, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment; ensure GLP/GMP and other regulatory compliance as applicable.
• Manage multiple projects and stay current with scientific literature.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Chemical
• 1–3 years of laboratory or research experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to manage multiple priorities.
