Senior Engineer, Platform Tooling

📋 Description

• Manage and maintain monitoring platforms across environments.
• Troubleshoot monitoring issues (SNMP, WMI, SYSLOG, APIs).
• Own incidents from assignment to resolution; meet SLAs.
• Coordinate vendor support for production issues.
• Develop and test new monitoring features and deploy plans.
• Create/runbooks, docs, and operational procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in enterprise IT operations/monitoring/observability.
• 2+ years with LogicMonitor; custom LogicModules experience.
• Strong networking fundamentals and VMware ESXi knowledge.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Programming/scripting: Python, Groovy, Bash, or similar.
