Senior Software Engineer, Fleet Management

📋 Description

• Build distributed services for deploying software and AI models across vehicles with intermittent
• Support robotaxi operations by connecting vehicles to external dispatch services at scale.
• Develop APIs and interfaces for visibility into vehicle state and fast diagnostics.
• Create tooling to process and analyze large telemetry datasets; enable data-driven decisions.
• Own end-to-end systems from problem definition to production operation.
• Collaborate with Research, Safety, Operations, SRE, and Infrastructure to scale the fleet.

🎯 Requirements

• Full-stack production experience: React, TypeScript, MUI (frontend); Rust, Go, Node.js (backend)
• Experience designing and operating APIs and web services with reliable data models and
• Proven track record of end-to-end project ownership.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and scaling.
• Familiar with observability tooling (metrics/logs/traces) for production systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration across product, engineering, and operations; mentoring
