📋 Description

• Own strategic and complex Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption
• Lead technical strategy for complex deployments and partner with account teams to drive retention
• Support a West Coast territory in a remote role.
• Develop playbooks, coaching, and workflows to improve team capability.
• Move accounts forward through independent, high-impact customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering
• Hands-on web tech: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs; ability to architect/troubleshoot complex
• Experience managing strategic Enterprise accounts with exec stakeholders and complex requirements.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems with multiple variables and tradeoffs.
• Experience connecting technical work to business outcomes like retention, expansion, ROI, and value
• Hands-on use of AI tools for research, content creation, or workflow automation integrated into

• Compensation: OTE $193,393 - $241,742 (70/30 base-to-variable)
