🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years writing software; strong Python desirable
• A public body of technical work (repos, posts, docs, talks, videos)
• Experience with LLMs and agents (MCP servers, tool calling, agent frameworks, retrieval)
• Strong on camera and stage presence
• Ability to work as a solo contributor
