🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• 12+ years in manufacturing, engineering operations, or R&D infrastructure; 5+ years in
• Proven track record leading cross-functional technical teams in complex environments.
• Experience with R&D labs, pilot plants, or advanced manufacturing preferred.
