📋 Description

• Lead and oversee multiple technology projects of varying complexity
• Partner with product management and cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, timelines, budgets
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, planning
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Communicate progress, risks, issues, decisions clearly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s in CS/Engineering or related field
• 11–15 years overall, 7+ years managing tech projects
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, SAFe
• Experience leading software eng and QA teams
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
