📋 Description

• Lead technical capture for European opportunities
• Serve as primary technical lead for BD engagements in Europe
• Manage technical content for proposals, RFIs, white papers
• Provide SME technical expertise to drive sales outcomes
• Coordinate with BD, Engineering, Ops, PM, Product
• Analyze regional factors to inform product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical presales, BD, or solutions engineering
• Bachelors in engineering or related field
• Experience with US/International government requirements
• Strong technical acumen in Aircraft, UAS, AI, autonomy
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
