📋 Description
- Assess development of students and contribute to IEPs for behavioral growth
- Travel to multiple school locations to support initiatives
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) for individuals
- Collaborate with school team to implement interventions with fidelity
- Develop resources and train staff on interventions
🎯 Requirements
- Behavior Analyst licensure and BACB certification
- Experience as behavior/autism specialist
- Ability to travel
- Strong leadership, communication, and data-analysis skills
