Hardware Development Engineer, Gateway Failure Analysis (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and test electronics for ground antenna hardware and payloads
• Work at intersection of electrical, mechanical, thermal analysis, software, and antenna engineering
• Develop environmental, RF, mechanical, and electrical test solutions for ground antenna electronics
• Perform electrical bench testing of failures to replicate and inform mitigation
• Support hardware through design qualification, production ramp, and network rollout
• Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, software, test engineering, supply chain, and silicon design

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or STEM
• 1+ years of hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability engineering (internships/co-ops
