Senior Hardware Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Formulate test strategies for new and existing products
• Design and develop test plans from reqs and specs
• Analyze data, troubleshoot, monitor performance, ensure quality
• Develop new testing methods and technologies
• Train technicians and lab staff; supervise testing
• Maintain lab inventories and equipment; ensure standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Materials, or Electrical Eng
• 8+ years hands-on hardware QA/test experience
• Excellent English communication; strong cross-functional skills
• Proven leader; capable of guiding projects and teams
• Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA, CAPA, and root-cause analysis
• Willing to commute to South Jordan, UT office Mon-Fri
