📋 Description

• Own royalty accounting, close, and reconciliations.
• Strengthen controls and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean changes.
• Account for licensee guarantees and overages.
• Partner with finance, legal, and partners across the business.
• Support audits and respond to requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum 3 years public accounting or public company experience; Big Four preferred.
• Continuous improvement mindset with measurable results.
• Strong US GAAP and internal controls / SOX knowledge.
• Comfort with systems and technology; eager to automate.
• Experience reviewing contracts; licensing industry a plus.
