Job Description
📋 Description
- Develop RF test solutions for 2 GHz to >10 GHz BAW filters
- Correlate wafer data with final RF test results to identify root causes
- Improve test workflows across wafer probe and final test operations
- Collaborate with design teams on DFM and yield optimization
- Lead and mentor test operators and maintain test docs
- Install and qualify new test tools and expand capacity
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or related STEM
- 1+ years in RF testing, yield engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing
