Construction Manager

📋 Description

• Lead mission-critical build efforts for our data center in Memphis, TN as the on-site senior
• Oversee end-to-end project execution from pre-construction through commissioning and controls.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and ensure clear communication between field and technical teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure safety, quality, and operational readiness.
• Drive project progress and resolve roadblocks to maintain schedules.
• Align construction schedules with broader infrastructure goals via cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing large-scale data center or mission-critical construction projects.
• Deep expertise in construction management, commissioning, and site operations.
• Proven ability to lead on-site with authority and build trust with vendors and technical teams.
• Experience managing large programs with multiple vendors and dynamic priorities.
• Strong communication skills across disciplines and in technical escalations.
• Willingness to travel as needed and adapt to evolving project needs.
