Test Architect – Regression & Quality Strategy

📋 Description

• Own and design end-to-end regression testing strategy across platform components and environments.
• Translate success metrics into measurable, automatable acceptance criteria.
• Define coverage for log/metric ingestion, performance, tracing, audit trails, IaC deployments, load
• Design automation architecture and testing approaches and tooling.
• Establish regression suites to validate sprint deliverables.
• Own test environment strategy and data management across versions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Test Architecture, QA Engineering, QA Automation, or similar.
• Experience leading testing strategy for distributed, data-intensive, or infrastructure-heavy
• Deep experience in regression testing frameworks and automation strategies.
• Experience validating performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Strong understanding of modern observability and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and automated deployment environments.
