- Lead as primary Finance partner to Technology and Growth org; shape financial strategy for new
- Establish and scale a Finance team and operating model to support growth.
- Own planning, budgeting, and forecasting across headcount, opex, and capex.
- Translate performance into executive-level reporting and insights for resource allocation.
- Evaluate opportunities, investments, and complex commercial arrangements with leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years of progressively complex Finance experience, including Corporate FP&A or strategic
- Strong financial and commercial modeling for pricing, demand, and recurring-revenue models.
- Proven ability to partner with senior executives and translate data into clear insights.
- Experience navigating complex contracts and balancing opportunity with financial risk.
- Track record building and leading high-performing Finance teams and scalable processes.
- Advanced financial modeling; experience with Anaplan and NetSuite is valuable.
