📋 Description

• Lead and scale the engineering organisation with people leadership
• Own delivery at an organisational level: capacity, roadmap, resources
• Directly manage Tech Leads and QA Leads
• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into plans
• Set standards for architecture, quality, security, and practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering (production web systems)
• 4+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Experience with SaaS or fast-paced environments
• Strong communication across technical/non-technical stakeholders
• English proficiency C1+
• Willingness for two annual team events
