📋 Description

• Demonstrate production printing system capabilities to customers, dealers, sales teams, and service
• Provide advanced technical support for escalated software, print-quality, colour consistency, and

• Develop and deliver training programs, plans, documentation, and support tools for customers
• Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to support solution launches, customer
• Train customers and dealers on effective equipment operation and workflow practices to maximize

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role within the production toner or production
• Strong knowledge of colour management, with experience using tools such as ColorGATE and Caldera
• Fiery Cut Sheet Professional and Expert certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving production Print on
• Experience developing and delivering effective training programs and support materials for
• Proven customer demonstration experience, with the ability to adapt presentations to different

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $80,000–$97,000 CAD annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
