IRM Technology Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead customer workshops to gather requirements across Risk, Policy & Compliance, BCM, TPRM
• Design and configure IRM solutions with ServiceNow leading practices
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical specs for IRM modules
• Support implementation activities across data models, workflows, and integrations
• Collaborate with Architects, Developers, Engagement Managers, and GRC stakeholders
• Conduct demos, UAT, and enablement sessions for risk and compliance users

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in consulting, SaaS, GRC/risk tech, or related fields
• Experience with customer-facing consulting/implementation
• Understanding of risk management, compliance, or audit processes
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional English proficiency
