• Build sales decks and product demos; educate diverse customers on securing identity.
• Empathize with customers; ask questions and tailor solutions to needs.
• Advise customers on what is possible with Okta Identity Platform.

🎯 Requirements

• PreSales/solutions engineer experience; strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly, even on a whiteboard.
• Knowledge of OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP.
• IGA: lifecycle mgmt, access reviews, RBAC, policy enforcement.
• PAM concepts: least privilege, JIT, session monitoring, vaulting creds.
• Security basics: password hashing, TLS/SSL, encryption at rest, XSS/XSRF.
