Affiliate Manager (GCC)

📋 Description

• Lead player acquisition across GCC markets with focus on FTD & revenue growth
• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns
• Identify new channels and opportunities for regional growth
• Build strong relationships with affiliates, agencies, publishers, influencers
• Monitor campaigns using CPA, ROI, LTV, FTDs, revenue metrics
• Manage budgets to maximize returns

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in acquisition/performance/affiliate/growth marketing in iGaming
• Proven GCC player acquisition and FTD growth
• Strong affiliate, paid acquisition & performance-led strategies
• Experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid models
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into decisions
• Commercial mindset with negotiation & partner management skills
