📋 Description

• Senior finance partner for WEU Nordics cluster and WEU Regional Retailer Vertical.
• Lead financial performance management, forecasts, actuals, OP, 3YP.
• Provide actionable insights to drive value across the business.
• Develop transparent narratives on performance drivers, risks, and ops.
• Standardize and simplify reporting, forecasting and planning.
• Collaborate with FP&A to speed up financial reporting and planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor/Master in Accounting or Finance.
• English fluency; 8+ years in finance leadership.
• Experience with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Strong problem solving and structure white space for clarity.
• Ability to provide total business perspective beyond core finance.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
