• Structured program to prepare for leadership roles in accounting and finance at O-I.
• Rotations include Accounting, Commercial Finance, FP&A, and Operations Finance in Perrysburg
• Mentorship and regular progress check-ins with FLDP leader and rotation managers.
• Meaningful projects, shadowing, and development opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a business degree with Accounting or Finance focus; strong GPA.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; foreign language skills a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP/ERP exposure a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet objectives.
