Project Coordinator – Shared Services, Systems & Digital Tools Governance

📋 Description

• Coordinate projects across Europe within Shared Services
• Support market onboarding and enablement of the SSC
• Maintain project plans and ensure stakeholder communication
• Assist with governance, security, and compliance (NIS2, ISO27001)
• Collaborate with business teams, IT, Procurement and external partners
• Drive continuous improvement in service management and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in project coordination or PMO roles
• Experience with Jira Service Management and SLA tracking
• Hands-on with software/digital tool implementations
• Strong organizational skills across multiple workstreams
• Experience with cross-functional and international teams
• Fluent English communication
