🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in industrial engineering, operations excellence, or related
• Experience with Lean, process improvement, operational modeling
• Cross-functional facility planning/design experience
• Data-driven problem solving with structured analysis
• Experience implementing lean methods and AI-assisted workflows
• Travel up to 25%
