🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of game design experience (iGaming preferred)
• Shipped titles and strong understanding of mechanics, motivation & engagement loops
• Experience with KPIs: retention, monetization, LTV, conversion
• Knowledge of RTP, volatility models, math-driven design
• Clear, structured GDD writing
• Collaborative across teams; balance creativity with business goals
