NGS Team Leader

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day delivery of NGS testing services
• Ensure quality, efficiency and turnaround targets
• Oversee lab operations, equipment, facilities, and readiness
• Support implementation and improvement of NGS workflows
• Develop, train and mentor a team of scientists

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry or related
• Significant NGS experience in regulated env (GMP/GLP/GCLP)
• Knowledge of sequencing workflows, prep, library construction, data
• Proven leadership of lab teams, operations and quality systems
• Excellent communication, project mgmt and problem solving
