Registered Nurse-Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Provide home health visits in Lancaster County per care plan.
• Follow designated care plans and document observations using a touch pad tablet.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
• Coordinate with doctors’ orders and perform client assessments as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
