📋 Description
- Lead M&A transactions involving renewable energy projects and portfolios, focusing on
- Manage transactions from planning and due diligence through negotiation, documentation, and closing.
- Lead and coordinate M&A due diligence reviews, analyzing EPCs, O&M, PPAs, and related
- Manage multiple transaction workflows, tracking deadlines, deliverables, risks, and priorities.
- Identify, engage, and coordinate subject matter experts throughout transactions.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize transactional documentation and supporting contracts.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of law firm experience serving clients in renewable energy or related industries.
- Substantial experience leading and managing acquisitions and dispositions of renewable energy
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy transactions and underlying agreements, particularly EPCs
- Experience in the solar and/or battery storage sectors is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage complex transactions, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and oversee associates
- Excellent deal management, drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
