Affiliate Manager (GCC)

📋 Description

• Own and execute GCC player acquisition strategy
• Manage campaigns across affiliates, paid media, influencers, SEO, and partnerships
• Optimize performance using metrics like CPA, ROI, LTV, and FTD
• Collaborate with CRM, Product, BI, Content, Compliance, and Design teams
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in acquisition/performance/affiliate/growth marketing in iGaming
• Proven GCC player acquisition and FTD growth
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and paid acquisition
• Experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid models
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus; strong stakeholder management
