• Review and maintain fund and client governing documentation.
• Perform daily cash monitoring across client bank accounts.
• Verify and maintain records of financial and non-financial assets.
• Conduct oversight reviews for regulatory compliance and investment guidelines.
• Review subscriptions, capital calls, and distributions for accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong client/intermediary relationships.
