Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, inspections, and site surveys at a grow house
• Repair or replace hardware on doors, cabinets, furniture, windows, and bathroom partitions.
• Replace ceiling tiles, flooring, wall protection, and ceramic tiles.
• Address urgent issues such as leaks, power loss, and unsafe conditions.
• Assemble, move, and install free-standing and wall-mounted equipment.
• Assist with snow removal, de-icing, and grounds maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance
• Strong self-starter with problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read prints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Proficiency with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks
