📋 Description
- Lead an engineering team for modern identity governance services.
- Define tech strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmap for IGA.
- Oversee SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in enterprise settings.
- Drive identity lifecycle management, access requests, certs, provisioning, RBAC/ABAC.
- Guide migration from legacy to cloud-based IGA capabilities.
- Establish governance for human and non-human identities.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Identity/Access Management or similar engineering field.
- 5+ years leading software or identity engineering teams.
- Hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in enterprise.
- Proven experience with SailPoint implementations end-to-end.
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle mgmt, certifications, provisioning, RBAC/ABAC.
- Experience with APIs, connectors, automation frameworks, enterprise systems.
