📋 Description

• Lead site Quality Operations to support strategic initiatives, product filings, and continuous
• Oversee Compliance and Regulatory activities to ensure inspections and high quality, compliant
• Manage a team with responsibilities across regulatory readiness, audits, and global standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
• 15+ years GMP pharma/biologics/medical device experience; 5+ years in people leadership.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; strong project leadership and cross-functional skills.
• Deep knowledge of cGMPs, GXP, and regulatory guidelines for medical device/pharma.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and change-management abilities.
