📋 Description
- Apply HEDIS quality measures to incentivized, contract measures for Medicare Advantage and
- Assess practices in-person or remotely to close quality gaps with field team guidance
- Submit documentation to health plans via payor portal, secure email, etc.
- Coordinate EHR system access setup and login management
- Consult with market field team on quality reporting strategy
🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years experience in quality reporting in healthcare or health plan
- Experience with at least one major EHR (athenaHealth, eCW, etc)
- Comfort exporting data, formatting and reporting results (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Able to work independently and prioritize deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
