Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain production-ready API integrations and connectors.
• Develop queue-driven, stateful background jobs and workers.
• Build a mailer service with attachments and retries.
• Design scalable database schemas and migrations (PostgreSQL).
• Ensure observability, tracing, and reliability across services.
• Collaborate on QA coverage and testing strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend track record with Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Experience building API integrations with OAuth, webhooks, retries.
• Relational DB expertise and migrations.
• Testing mindset: contract/integration/unit/e2e tests.
• Experience with Docker and event-driven systems.
• Independent, communicative, remote-capable.
