Sr Lead Network Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Senior technical leadership role building and scaling resilient cloud networking infrastructure.
• Architect, automate, and support large-scale network solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead Kubernetes networking, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, BGP, and infrastructure as code.
• Own roadmaps, drive service ownership, and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate across teams to improve reliability, performance, security, and efficiency.
• Operate in an automation-first environment with AI-enabled tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS or related field, or equivalent, with 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Expertise in enterprise networking (firewalls, VPNs, DNS, BGP, TCP/IP, TLS) across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Proven Kubernetes experience; advanced knowledge of networking, CNI, ingress/gateway, DNS
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Spacelift, or similar IaC/CM tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, ownership mindset, and ability to lead complex projects.
• Ability to mentor and influence teams, with excellent communication.
