• Lead the IT Squad for Finance systems across France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands.
• Manage a 4-person squad; own architecture and delivery for SAP-based Finance IS landscape.
• Partner with Finance leadership; shape quarterly roadmap and budgets.
• Drive architecture reviews, tech debt reduction, and AI tooling adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven people leadership; experience hiring/coaching teams (3+ people).
• Deep Finance ERP knowledge: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP.
• Strong delivery track record on ERP/Finance transformations in international contexts.
• Ability to translate strategic plans into executable roadmaps and budgets.
• Technical architecture ownership for ERP + integration landscapes.
• Practical AI fluency for configuration, testing, docs, and planning.
