📋 Description

• Role responsible for horizon scanning and interpretation of rules to reflect in capital, liquidity
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to source correct data, accuracy and timelines
• Lead governance over applicable regulations and implementation in reporting outputs.
• Drive automation of regulatory reporting and maintain process improvements.
• Support Monzo expansion and act as an enabler for regulatory reporting team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operationalising a wide range of regulatory requirements and reporting.
• Experience in large-scale implementation and testing of automated reporting.
• Strong planning, organisation and time-management; proven team leadership and coaching.
• Detail-oriented, numerically astute and self-motivated with a hands-on approach.
• Interest in leveraging technology to automate reporting and capital management.
