• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers while contributing to development and setting best
• Define and drive technical strategy for Journey Analytics data platforms with scalable solutions.
• Contribute to GitHub workflows, ensure high-quality, consistent development practices.
• Refactor legacy codebases to improve maintainability and reusability across use cases.
• Design modular, reusable data components for multiple journeys and reduced duplication.
• Develop and manage automated data pipelines in Databricks for reliable downstream consumption.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong experience with GitHub repositories and version control workflows.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines in Databricks.
• Proven ability to refactor and maintain legacy codebases.
• Strong data modeling skills and reusable component design.
• Experience building scalable data models for analytics/reporting.
