- Architect and build AI-powered compliance solutions across jurisdictions
- Design and deploy agentic workflows using n8n, Claude API, Python, MCP with human oversight
- Build scalable analytics for compliance leadership and regulators
- Apply AI techniques for text analysis and pattern recognition
- Implement error handling, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop checks in production
- Ensure data classification and cross-jurisdiction privacy compliance
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Compliance operations or RegTech with senior-level execution
- Fluent in AI/workflow automation tools; design, deployment, and adoption
- Hands-on production AI-powered workflows in a compliance context
- Deep knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and data privacy
- Strong implementation mindset; systems thinker, end-to-end delivery
- Proficient with AI tools: n8n, Python, Claude API; API integration required
