📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collections.
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with sales/billing to fix billing issues.
• Prepare reports on collection activity and status.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in collections, AR, or similar role.
• Proven track record with high-volume AR.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with collection systems (Tesorio or others).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
