Senior User Researcher - Fixed Term Contract

📋 Description

• Plan, facilitate and lead user research activities in one of our delivery programmes.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects with autonomy and project management.
• Champion our UCD approach and advocate inclusive, accessible research outcomes.
• Engage with a broad range of clients, some new to user-centred design (UCD).
• Lead projects, directing teams and clients toward meaningful research outcomes.
• Support the user research team, including appraisals and professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• Multidisciplinary collaboration and advocacy for user research.
• Inclusive research practices; identify accessibility needs and adjust accordingly.
• Plan and conduct research across agile project phases to meet service standards.
• Qualitative analysis; synthesize findings into journeys, stories, and needs.
• Effective facilitation of interviews, usability tests, and co-analysis sessions.
• Interest or experience in Service Design and collaborative insight delivery.
