Finance Manager / Senior Accountant (M/F/D)

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day accounting for two German entities, including GL, AP/AR, bank accounting and
• Manage monthly closing process with accruals, provisions and reconciliations.
• Prepare accounts for annual statutory closing; support VAT and recurring tax compliance.
• Prepare financial information for Digital Virgo Group and manage intercompany accounting.
• Ensure accounting for transfer-pricing policies and analyze margins and variances.
• Act as local Finance lead for Workday implementation, including mapping, data prep, testing and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience; German SME or international group exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of German accounting (HGB) and monthly/year-end closings.
• Practical VAT and tax compliance knowledge; external advisers for complex matters.
• Ability to manage day-to-day bookkeeping autonomously in a stand-alone role.
• Good P&L and margin analysis skills; identify variances and improvements.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel; Workday experience or ERP migration a plus.
